Water Treatment System

Water treatment is the complete process of purifying raw water resources, be it river water, groundwater, well water or tap water. Our treatment systems bring them to a standard that is drinkable and also rich in mineral ions. The core technology is the use of the permeation principle of translucent membranes, also known as reverse osmosis pressure, to ultimately clean and purify water. From the beginning with silica sand filters, activated carbon filters, ion exchangers, water softeners, to ozone sterilizer, the stable system allows the process to remove 99% of the impurities and also increases the output rate.

Mixing System

It has three key components. The gas mixer, the gas analyzer, and the stand itself. The first part is the gas mixer, which uses BSL mass flow control valves to create the gas mixture. These valves are well suited for this application, mainly because they have a very low pressure drop and can produce high flow rates. This means they can provide a high flow rate gas mixture, even when you have some gas coming from a source other than liquid gas.

Nitrogen is increasingly being delivered by nitrogen generators, and this is often at pressures below 10 bar g.

Gas analyzers are optional to support adjustable gas mixers. We have several options available. Start with simple displays and alarms and move on to more sophisticated displays, alarms and output signals for use with your existing management control system and software for logging and reporting.

The third section is a very rugged stainless steel bracket. It is purposely made this way so that it can be rinsed with cleaning solution without causing any damage to it. The combination of the guide device on the filling valve mouth and the lifting device at the bottom of the dragging bottle can accurately seal the bottle mouth and the filling valve and reduce the leakage of materials from the can mouth. Bottles, no dripping, easy operation and maintenance, etc.

CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES

The capping part seals the caps to the cans that have been filled with products, and is sent to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain. The can sealing roller is just quenched with high hardness alloy, and the can sealing curve is precisely processed by optical curve grinding to ensure the quality of the can sealing and make the machine run normally. This machine has a control system with a lower cover for a tank and a cover without a tank, which enables the machine to operate normally and reduces the rate of cover loss.
