8. Conveyor System

1) Air Conveyor

The wind generated by the fan pushes the bottle directly into the filling machine to start washing. Note: Also, the air fan is equipped with a filter screen to filter air impurities first.

2) Flat Conveyor

It is steady to convey the bottles. The conveyor is controlled by the bottle belts and main machine or the equipment up and down to make the bottle no falling, no stuck and no stocking.

We set the location of the controlling switch according to the layout of the conveying system to make the users operate conveniently.

9. Cap Unscramble / Cap Loader

1) Cap Unscramble

Deliver the bottle cap to the capping part, and the cap elevator will adjust the cap to the correct direction, and wait for it to be transferred to the bottle neck.

2) Cap Loader

· The air pressure is transmitted to the cap elevator.

· The flat cap loader reduces the occurrence of back cover.

Before entering the cap elevator, the cap surface faces the same direction, speeding up the transportation and reducing false stops.

10. Control System

· The brand of the switch is Autonics, and all other electrical brands are Siemens and Schneider.

· The electric box is inside the filling machine, saving the factory space.

An external air box is additionally provided, which is convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat.

11. Prefect Frame

· The body and all pipes are made of stainless steel 304.

· The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.
