This 3-in-1 Water bottling machine for PET bottle integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together. Suitable for all kinds of pure water, mineral water production.
The production capacity is 4000bottles per hour based on 500ml PET bottles.
1. An external air box is additionally provided, which is convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat.
2. The air fan is equipped with a filter screen to filter air impurities first.
3. The flat cap loader reduces the occurrence of back cover.
4. The brand of the switch is Autonics, and all other electrical brands are Siemens and Schneider.

The filling machine conveying system adopts advanced automation technology to achieve high-speed and accurate conveying and filling process.
