Brief Introduction
PET bottles have become indispensable for packaging a wide range of consumer products. Our blow molding machines are customizable so that you can produce PET bottles of different shapes and capacities. This automactic blowing machine is able to produce bottle types including 330ml-550ml, 500ml-750ml, 1000-2000ml and so on. RM series blow molding machines are convenient and fast, have large molding capacity and are widely used in many industries.
Detailed Information
1. The machine use continuous rotation system with multiple safety protection devices to ensure the high speed preform feeding.
2. Horizontal rotation transfer system make the construction and maintenance more easy, reduce cost of spare part change.
3. Compact preform heating distance design for efficient heating and reduce energy consumption.
4. Optimize oven air draft and preform surface cooling. Reversible heating box make it more easy to change lamp.
5. Mould closing adopts CAM linkage, no chain plate pin shaft make it small volume and long lift.
6. Servo motor for moving the preform into mould, ensure fast speed and accurate positioning.
7. Servo motor is used to drive the drawing and blowing station, equipped with high speed precision blowing valve set to achieve high production requirements.
8. High pressure recycle system reduce power consumption.
9. Using the transfer part for preform holder, can work for different kinds of neck bottle.
