3-10L Water Line

Turnkey water line includes semi-auto blowing machine, water treatment system, automatic water filling machine, considering the bottle character of large volume, the sealing way is chosen to use shrink label machine. Each part is using advanced PLC control, run automatically, interworking with inverter ensure it works more stable and reliable. the photoelectric detect all part running state, with high degree of automation, easy operation.

This water line is equipped with CGF6-6-1 automatic filling machine, which integrates washing, filling, capping in one machine, capable to achieve 800BPH.

Suitable for big volume pure water/mineral water filling, widely used in the bottles packing on 3-10L,able to produce in various bottle shape.
